    Frequently Asked Questions

Before you contact us, these FAQs may be of help.

Contact the other party as soon as possible and explain why you want to cancel. If you both agree, confirm the cancellation in writing through SEO Interaction. If the work has already started, the professional may be entitled to payment for the work completed. If you cannot reach an agreement, open a dispute and we’ll sort it out fairly and in a timely manner.

Yes, you can request a refund, but approval is not automatic. It will depend on the agreed scope, the work already completed, the reason for cancellation, the evidence provided and the applicable payment terms. Contact the professional first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Support with the payment reference and all relevant communications.

First, check the payment status, the amount charged and the payment method used. If a payment was declined, duplicated, charged incorrectly or remains pending, contact Support and provide the job, project or service reference, the payment date, the amount and any relevant receipt or screenshot. Never send full card details, passwords or security codes.

Check that the payment is marked as completed, that your payout information is correct and that your account has completed any required verification. Also confirm that the agreed delivery or project milestone has been accepted. If the payment is still missing, contact the client and then Support, providing the project reference, amount, completion date and supporting evidence. SEO Interaction can review the platform’s payment record, although processing times may also depend on the payment provider or withdrawal method.

Go to your menu and open your order. Next to the “cancellation” button you will see another button for opening a “dispute”.

Yes. First try to resolve the issue directly and professionally through the platform. If this is not possible, contact Support. SEO Interaction can review the information available, facilitate communication and take appropriate platform-level action. However, SEO Interaction cannot guarantee a particular outcome or replace legal, financial or professional advice.

Compare the delivery with the original scope, requirements, deadlines and agreed revisions. Send the professional a clear list of the missing or incorrect elements and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct them. Do not approve the work as completed while a material issue remains unresolved. If no solution is reached, contact Support with the original brief, the delivered work and the relevant conversation history.

Use the available reporting option or contact Support through the Contact page. Include the relevant profile, job or project link, explain what happened and attach evidence where possible. Report suspected fraud, impersonation, phishing, payment manipulation, abusive behaviour or requests to bypass platform protections immediately. Do not send money or disclose passwords, verification codes or sensitive financial information.

First, check your login details and use the password-reset option. If you still cannot access your account—or believe it has been compromised—contact Support from the email address associated with it. If your account has been restricted, provide your username or registered email and request a review. For security reasons, SEO Interaction may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before restoring access.

Submit your request through the SEO Interaction Contact page and describe your issue as best as possible. Include your registered email, the relevant job, project, service or payment reference, a clear description of the problem, the device and browser used, and screenshots of any error message. Do not include passwords, complete card details or security codes. Providing complete information will help Support investigate the issue more efficiently.
